My name is Frits Lavell, and I’m a photographer and filmmaker from the Netherlands.
From a young age, I’ve always been fascinated by the world — its vastness, its beauty, and the countless small details that make it so special. That curiosity led me to take my first big trip to Tanzania, where I truly fell in love with observing and capturing the beauty around me.

What started as an obsession with seeing turned into a passion for showing — using photography and film to share stories that inspire others, just as I have been inspired myself. Through my work, I aim to celebrate the beauty in everything, no matter how big or small.
